Refund Policy

All purchases (subscriptions, yearly plans, and credit top-ups) are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

If a voice call goes unanswered, credits are automatically refunded to your wallet. This is handled by the system automatically, no action needed on your part.

If credits were not added to your account after a successful payment due to a technical error on our end, contact us and we will investigate and correct it immediately.
