Refund Policy

All purchases (subscriptions, yearly plans, and credit top-ups) are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

If a voice call goes unanswered or reaches voicemail, the call's credits are refunded to your wallet automatically, minus a small fixed amount that covers the carrier's answering-machine detection fee. If a message fails to send at all, the full amount is refunded. No action is needed on your part.

If credits were not added to your account after a successful payment due to a technical error on our end, contact us and we will investigate and correct it immediately.
